Delete Your Account or Profile

Follow these steps to permanently delete a KaamWala worker profile and associated personal data.

Delete inside the KaamWala app

  1. Open KaamWala App.
  2. Open My Profile.
  3. Select the worker profile you want to remove.
  4. Tap Delete profile.
  5. Confirm the request using the OTP sent to the registered phone number.

This starts permanent deletion of the selected worker profile. If you created more than one profile, repeat the steps for each profile you want deleted.

Request deletion without the app

Email kaamwalasupport@gmail.com with the subject KaamWala account deletion request. Include the registered phone number and, if available, the worker profile ID or worker name.

You may also contact support on WhatsApp at +91 8109340044. Do not send an OTP, card number, bank credential, or Google Play purchase token. KaamWala may reply or send an OTP to verify ownership.

Data deleted

After successful ownership verification, KaamWala deletes:

  • The selected worker profile and associated work details.
  • Phone, WhatsApp, service location, and profile information controlled by KaamWala.
  • Profile and work photos stored by KaamWala for that profile.
  • Nested wallet and unlock records associated with the deleted profile.
  • Related referral records controlled by KaamWala.

Data that may be retained

KaamWala may retain only the minimum Google Play purchase-verification, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, or legal records that are reasonably necessary or required by law. Retained data is restricted from normal profile use and is not used to continue displaying the deleted worker profile.

Processing and contact

Automated in-app deletion begins after successful OTP confirmation. Email or WhatsApp requests are processed after ownership verification and within the period required by applicable law.
