Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the basic rules for using KaamWala App, worker profiles, search, credit balance, and unlock features.

Important: By using KaamWala App or website, you agree to use the service only for genuine local work enquiries and profile management.

1. Service purpose

KaamWala helps customers search for local workers by work and location, and helps workers create profiles so nearby customers can find and contact them.

2. Worker profile responsibility

  • Workers are responsible for keeping profile, contact, location, work details, and photos accurate.
  • Workers must not upload misleading, illegal, abusive, or unrelated content.
  • KaamWala may hide or remove profiles that appear fake, duplicate, unsafe, misleading, or against these terms.

3. Credit balance and unlock usage

  • Call or WhatsApp/contact unlock: 2 credits are deducted for a successful contact unlock.
  • Location unlock: 3 credits are deducted for a successful location unlock.
  • Validity: after the first successful unlock/use, the credit balance validity is 30 days.
  • Low balance visibility: if a worker profile credit balance becomes less than 5 credits, the profile may be hidden from search until enough credits are available again.
  • Credits are used only inside KaamWala for profile visibility and unlock-related features.
  • Displayed credit balance, deductions, and visibility state may take a short time to sync after network or payment updates.

4. Customer use

  • Customers should contact workers only for genuine work enquiries.
  • Customers should verify price, availability, skill, timing, identity, and work quality directly with the worker before starting work.
  • KaamWala does not guarantee the final work, price, timing, or agreement made between customer and worker.

5. Payments and credits

Payments and credit packs may be processed through Google Play or other supported payment systems. KaamWala may verify purchases, update wallet balance, issue credits, and keep transaction records for support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

6. Support and corrections

For credit balance issues, profile visibility questions, incorrect deductions, profile corrections, or deletion support, contact KaamWala support with the registered phone number and relevant profile details.

7. Changes to terms

KaamWala may update these terms when features, credit rules, payment systems, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
